Please be aware of the following terms and conditions, which apply for ALL singing lessons. Your payment is accepted as confirmation of your agreement to these terms and conditions.

• Children's lessons are scheduled weekly in line with the Wiltshire school term time. Additional lessons can usually be offered during half-terms and school holidays on an ad hoc basis, if desired.
• Children's lessons are payable in advance per half term (5 or 6 lessons depending on term length*), in advance of the first lesson of the block.
• Adult lessons are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, and continue throughout the year, unless communicated otherwise. 
• Adult lessons are payable in monthly blocks.
• In the case of any student wishing to stop lessons, a minimum of 6 lessons' advance notice must be given in writing via email, or 6 lessons paid in lieu. 
• Payment for the full block of lessons is due before the first lesson of the new cycle commences. 
• Any lesson missed with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for.
• Any lesson cancelled with more than 48 hours notice for feasible reasons (such as illness or an essential medical appointment that cannot be rearranged) will be made up within the term time where possible. If this is not possible, then there may be the option to make up the lesson during the school holidays, or otherwise it will be carried forward to the next term.
• In the case of a lesson missed due to my absence, best endeavours will be made to make up the lesson. If this is not possible, any lesson over-payment will be carried forward and deducted from the next invoice.
• Where necessary, I may purchase sheet music for students. This shall be agreed in advance with the bill payer, and the associated fees shall be invoiced as they occur during the term, with the invoice to be paid within 7 days. 
• Where desired, students may be entered for singing exams. Entry will be dependent on the students’ goals and whether or not I consider them ready to take the exam. In the run up to an exam, additional lessons may be required to ensure the student is fully prepared. Children will only be entered for an exam after discussion and agreement with their parents/guardians. 
• All exam fees will be invoiced in advance and the student will only be entered into an exam once I have received the exam fee.

* Monthly payment plans are also available for children's lessons if required. Please ask about this at the time of booking your child's first lesson.
